AHC Behavioral Health & Wellness Services seeks to hire an experienced Needs Assessment Supervisor who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.

As the Needs Assessment Supervisor, you will:
•Provide clinical guidance and supervision to NAC Clinicians and Coordinators and carries out the personnel activities associated with direct staff supervision; including performance management and employee relations functions.
•Assists manager with clinical oversight of clinicians in the Emergency Room and office, to include - Social Workers, •Professional Counselors and RNs, Coordinators, Call Specialists and Receptionist at 2 locations (WAH and Rockville)..
•Creates monthly schedule and is responsible for ongoing staffing.
•Establishes and maintains positive relationship with patients, physicians, allied health professionals, and all referral sources.
•Designs training and development activities to enhance own knowledge and skills consistent with the organization's mission, vision, values, and goals.

Qualifications Include:
Masters degree in counseling/social work
Minimum 5 years of clinical setting and needs assessment experience
At least 1 year management experience
RN, LCSW, or LCPC required
CPR/BLS required
