Basic Education, Experience and Skills required for consideration:  

  • B.A/B.S with significant biological science coursework required.
  • Hands-on experience with flow cytometry, molecular biology, and cell culture is preferred.
  • Computational skills (R, Python) are beneficial.
  • Experience with animal husbandry also a plus.
  • Two years related research/ laboratory experience with a Bachelor’s degree or
  • One year related research/ laboratory experience with a Master’s degree

Preferred Education, Experience and Skills:

  • Master’s degree.

Ideal candidates will be self-motivated and have ambitions to further develop their scientific and career skills.  They will have a desire to be challenged and to learn new scientific strategies.

Must be able to work meticulously, develop cohesive team relationships, communicate effectively in English, respond to and improve based on constructive feedback, and show dedication and commitment to our science.

Candidates will receive training in the safe handling of toxic chemicals, biohazards, animals, and other reagents. Candidates may also occasionally work with radiation.
